Seeking a tech-savvy Customer Support Agent fluent in English for inbound and outbound calls across multiple clients. Based in Colombia or El Salvador, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent service while navigating CRM systems.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in call handling and customer service

Proficient with CRM systems, particularly Genesis
