Lead Python Engineer
We are searching for a proactive and solution-oriented Senior Python Engineer (IC 5) to join our team. In this role, you will lead large-scale projects, drive cross-team communication, and develop scalable, reliable systems using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, a deep understanding of event-driven systems and microservices architecture, and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges. What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience with a proven track record of developing scalable and reliable systems, and the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
Strong knowledge of event-driven systems and microservices architecture.
Mastery in Python, with FastAPI preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Docker.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment.
Exceptional ability to analyze complex systems, identify problems, articulate issues, and develop effective solutions.
Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions under uncertainty, and driving projects forward even in the face of ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
