The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to provide a positive customer experience, and capable of navigating various systems efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls across multiple client accounts with a positive and alert demeanor.

Efficiently navigate client CRM systems and accurately input call data.

Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate issues following predefined processes.

Adhere to assigned schedules and maintain clear communication with managers regarding any delays or challenges.

Must-haves:

Proven experience in call handling and customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT skills, particularly navigating tools like Genesis.

Fluent, local-sounding English proficiency.

Accountability in managing time and meeting client expectations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage calls from various clients.

Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues effectively.

A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
