Sr. Ruby Full Stack (react)
We are searching for a communicative and proactive Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work across the entire stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development while playing a key role in our software engineering projects. What We're Looking For:
A demonstrated level of senior software engineering experience on a full stack development team, with an ideal balance of 50/50 or 60/40 between frontend and backend work.
A track record of learning and writing quality code in multiple languages, with required experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript is highly preferred but not strictly demanded; we value strong technical skills and the ability to adapt.
Capacity for engineering and integrating RESTful services, with familiarity in GraphQL being a plus.
Experience with the entire software development life cycle within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Understanding of monolithic architectural concepts and modularization.
Ability to quickly move between different features and projects with a strong interest in experimentation.
Experience or willingness to mentor junior team members, with the potential to step into a tech lead role.
